Anti-ageing Face Mask!

           It’s now home spa pampering time, make your own anti-ageing face mask!

Strawberries contain salicylic acid that rids the skin of dead cells, makes your skin pores smaller and your face look brighter and shinier. They gently refresh and exfoliate the skin, remove impurities, and reduce redness and swelling, which is wonderful for a cleansing and skin softening facial mask.

Homemade Strawberry Mask

5 Organic fresh strawberries

1/2 Tablespoons Organic plain Greek yogurt

2 Teaspoons Organic honey

In a bowl mash the strawberries with a fork until smooth.

Add the honey and yogurt and mix until the ingredients are well-incorporated.

Using clean hands or a sanitized brush, gently apply the mixture all over your face, avoiding the eye area.

Lie down and leave the mask on for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash it away with warm water, pat your face dry and follow up with your favourite toner and moisturizer.

You can store extra mask mix in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
